• The group dynamics and the role of groups in organizational behavior
• The role of organizational culture in behavior development
• The factors affecting behavior at individual level: Perception – Attitudes – Personality ;
• The factors affecting behavior at group level;
• The organizational change and strategies to manage effectively the change.
