Sociological Aspects of Labour Evolution

Global objective

The  global  objective  of  Sociological aspects of labour evolution  is  to understand  the  labour evolution sociologically and the importance   of social  interactional  within the  workplace .

Specific Objectives

-          to identify , to explain  and  possibly  to criticize  ( while taking  out  their  limits  ) the various  theories  concerning  the  phenomena  related  to work ,

-          to  make  the students  understand  the  psychosocial   problems  of  the  enterprise   as  those  raising  of  the   human   group  as  real  and   concrete  participant like   factor  determining  to  the  process  of production ; this  will  help to know how  worker ‘s  motivation  can  be  improved;

-          to analyze  the  different  theories of ‘’labour ‘’ related   to  the  technical  organization  of  work and   social   critics  recognized   in  the  scientific world;

-          to explain  the  different  theories that examine  the  problems   related   to technical  organization  of work  and possibly to  show  the critical  points  that  have   been   revealed  by  other   researches of  the  domain,

     -    to  analyze  the  nature  of  the  industrial  action  among  the    labour   force   and the     

way   to solve  it,

     -    to present  some  unemployment  theories     and   have   a general  view of the situation     

of the developing  countries.
