In this course will covers the following main point
setting up the company and start working
Setting up the chars of accounts (creating new chars of accounts, edit the existing charts of accounts, delete the existing charts of accounts)
creating customers, suppliers
Recording business transactions using either cash journals or general journals
payment of invoices
managing bank transactions (Make bank deposit, make the payments, inter account transfers)
Bank reconciliation and bank reconciliation reports
Prepare budget
Generation of financial statements (Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, Trial balance, General ledger in different formats (Pdf, excel sheet)




This course is designed to provide an understanding of basic concepts, principles and practices of management. The aim is to inculcate the ability to apply multifunctional approach to organizational objective to enlightening the students about the evolution of management thought, enabling the students to know about the nature, scope and importance of management and to introducing the management process emphasizing the application of managerial skills in each stage.
